Absolutely disgusting!! There was dried vomit on the inside of the bathroom door, cobwebs through out the room, toilet was NEVER cleaned, hot tub didn’t work & the breakfast seemed like it was out from the day before. When I tried to communicate this to the staff, they just said there’s nothing they can do. I will NEVER stay there again. Drove 4 hrs for a reunion!

No customer service, no joy, the breakfast was horrible, no choices, things not working, cleaning was poor, atmosphere was negative. I will not go back. The picture is not even the GrandStay I was at, it may be the old place, but not now.

A mediocre stay. My room on the main floor was noisy mostly due to the wood frame construction which produced ALOT of foot traffic and creaking floor noise from the room above. The occupants above us at the time were very active late at night which was annoying, and without earplugs made it difficult to sleep. The drain in the showers was plugged, so water wouldn’t drain when showering. There was also no replenishment of towels to the room unless it was requested. Continental Breakfast was below mid. Rooms and facilities were clean and the staff were mostly friendly.

The front desk person was on his cell phone during check in. The room was a little dated with mold in bathroom. It was an ok room for one night. Our room was on ground level and right behind our room was a broken down travel trailer with people coming in and out of it all night.

Stay here many times when visiting family in the area. Generally, the same good service we experienced before. Only complaint is all 3 cereals offered were pre-sweetened. Would have prefered at least one plain cereal. But the packaged oatmeal wasn't pre-sweetened.

Room had such a musty smell we had to leave early due to my asthma. No refund given for 2nd night. Also at check in, front desk tried to give us a room on 2nd floor / no elevator when reservation was cleary for an accessible room. They did give us a furst floor room, however shower was not very accessible as it was normal tub shower combo with just more grab bars and shower wand. Lots of sand in hot tub. Ceiling falling down in bathroom. Odd black horizontal marks on wall of room.( Hoping not black mold. It would explain the smell) All chairs of dining room raggedy/ torn upholstery. Would avoid this place at all costs.

Lobby and public areas attractive and updated. Overpowering possibly chemical smell when entering room, later dissipated to reveal slight mildew smell. Main area of room was fine and surface clean. The bathroom had been partially updated, but rust on door, older bath fixtures, repaired/painted toilet seat and lack of ventilation definitely detracted from experience.

Great hotel
Delighted to see the room upon arrival. Clean, pleasant furnishings, roomy and very fresh smelling. Front desk was very helpful in finding station guide for television. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!
