Upon my arrival, the agent was not able to find my reservation. The agent took a long time (about 15minutes) to trying solve the situation. The agent told me to just cancel my reservation that I made via Orbitz in which I was not able to do so.
Finally, the agent talked to the manager or the property and was able to check-in.
On my third day of my stay, my room has been cleaned during the day and when I came back to my room around 4pm, the key was not working and even it was not even locked. It got me thinking what if my belongings were gone. Luckily, there was nothing missing, reported to the property and they changed my room in which was even more uncomfortable since I had to pack everything in order to be able to move to another room.
After changing my room on my third day, then the noise issue happened since there was construction (paving) going on.
Overall, I would definitely look for some other options instead of recommending this property.
