Room 204 was so nasty when we got in there. You could tell they did the bare minimum as far as cleaning goes. They didn't wipe down the table or tv stand/dresser from previous stay. There was (what looked like) snot dripping down the wall. The walls were so dirty and dingy. The bathroom had toothpaste splattered on the walls. The shower was so dirty and the drain was clogged so the water didn't drain while taking a shower. Our room had a really weird smell to it. The paint job in the room was horrendous too. The room was next to the exit door and you could hear people going in and out all night. I had to buy sanitizing wipes and clean the room myself before I could feel comfortable touching anything. Didn't even sleep under the covers, just bought my own blanket and slept on top of the covers. Definitely would not recommend.

The heater unit was not working or not responding to my manual adjustment in the room. I had to call the front desk. It worked after at a later time. They may have changed it from their end when I finally felt there was enough heat to warm my room.

The guy at the front desk in the morning was great! The lady the night before at check in was sassy. Hot tub was gross and color of the water was nasty which stunk bc I was looking forward to getting that. My room was right outside the elevator AND ice machine so pretty much no sleep.. an ice machine should not be located right outside a room.

Staff was kind helpful. place was clean smelling. room was clean beds were firm the pool was clean the hot tub was hot The only thing that bothered me was people smoking around the front door!!! I will stay here when we come back

The jacuzzi was not what I expected. The water was not warm like it suppose to be. It was more like a pond. Breakfast was a 10 I loved it…. The rooms where clean except for the shower… hair, and shampoo spilled

One of the staff is borderline rude, and is walking around pretty much in pjs VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, get here and the key card machince isnt working, not even offered any kind of discount due to that. I had to risk leaving my latch closed to keep the door from.shutting and worry about someone going into my room, or i jist had to stay in my room, everything else is great, but little missy walking around in the pink hair with the" why are you bothering me" type of attitude, needs to be let go.

I needed a place to stay since a family member had surgery at a nearby hospital. I had stayed at Best Western in the past and I was happy to be able to stay there again. I was very comfortable and got a good nights rest. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a large variety of items that were satisfying to me. I was pleasantly surprised.

Meh you get what you pay for
It was a very basic stay which is fine but at 3am the smoke detector started to beep it needed new batteries but every time I went to the front desk no one was there the front desk was rude about late check out

The conditions of the stay were satisfactory, but not exemplary. The room was nice and I enjoyed the amenities including the TV with many channels, the clean sheets/towels/etc, as well as the soaps and the extra grooming tools available. There were some signs of wear and tear in the facilities. The breakfast, which appreciated, wasn't very good as the coffee was weak, the eggs/sausage was bland, and the timely service lacking.

Guest services treated my mother and daughter horribly. I can’t even believe that some one in that position could be so inconsiderate and down right mean. I know people can have a bad day but the same lady belittled my mother at check in and check out

Very clean. Noisy construction across street, front desk doesn't answer phone calls from rooms, and way too much weed being smoked in this non-smoking hotel.
