"We came down for a funeral and it was so nice to be able to stay in a quiet space where you can sit back on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness of the river. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing and so was being able to walk 20 feet to fish and/or paddle board. We would definitely stay again!"

Beautiful and Peaceful

"We were a group of 12 in town for a softball tournament and Brock’s home was everything and more! From the private road, to the long drive way surrounded by trees, a lush lawn, cute little garden, beautiful home, and breathtaking views we didn’t want to leave. Staying here made us feel at peace and we enjoyed every minute of it! The home is spacious and clean. It has everything you need from towels, shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, etc. We had everything we needed to cook with. We loved having the Blackstone to cook on and the double oven and different cooking settings was nice. The fridge is huge. Some other appliances there, are the toaster, slow cooker, and coffee machine.The two decks with outdoor seating and umbrellas is probably where we spent most of our time. The hot tub was great too and the kayaks. We didn’t use the paddle board, no one in our group had great balance but do make sure to bring your own life vests. There is a boat dock and a place to launch your boat, and this has nothing to do with the house, but just know there is literally nowhere in Burley or Rupert that rents boats or jet skis. We know for next time, but again, the guys did enjoy the kayaks and fishing down at the dock.So many good things to say about the property, but not enough characters allowed in this form. Thanks again Brock! We hope our team plays out there again or we will find an excuse to visit again"

"Location and view at this property was spectacular. The property was a little dirty but not terrible. Perhaps they don't clean prior to each new renter if it has been a while. There were cobwebs in a few places, the ceiling fans were very dirty and there was expired food in the cupboards. Hot Tub was clean but not hot, they were quick to respond and have it heated. Property description on Expedia does not indicate it is shared with the property next door if rented. We were shocked and waiting for resolution from property owner. Second bathroom in down and under stairs. We didn't find it until the last day. This is not a full house, it is an apartment above a garage. Property description should prepare you for that. Towels were cheap and random and mattresses were also cheap but tolerable. They could put a little more money into linens, mattresses and cleaning and I would rate this 4 stars. WiFi was spotty and could really only handle 1 device at a time. This might be an issue with service in this area but should be noted since we had to use our own hot spots one night to watch a movie. Owners were great to respond the first couple days but have not responded since VRBO and Expedia have tried to contact them about the hot tub description. I still recommend this property just know these few details"

Great for river fun!

"The property is absolutely amazing with great river access. The kids fished we swam and rented jet skis and had a awesome time. There is a fire pit hot tub and a ton of grass with a nice patio for all family to enjoy. The inside was a little dated the bathtub is uncomfortable a long luxurious soak. But it works for small children. The beds and linen are on the cheaper side but they work to sleep in. I think the money you are paying is for the location on the river and it was well worth it we will definitely stay again and recommend the property. The host was really accommodating with early check-in and any questions needed answered."
