"This was our fifth stay with Leonardo,we normally stay in to the other guest house owned by Leonardo in old town. We booked directly with the owner as we can get best the best room available. The appartments are decorated beautifully and have full kitchen facilities and private bathroom. "The room was too hot for a comfortable sleep. After the first night we were told that they would check to see about turning the heat off and the air on. We weren’t offered a fan to help sleep or any other help. Upon checkout we were told that by law, they couldn’t turn on the air conditioning until April 20. We checked out on April 18. The breakfast buffet was horrible. We tried it the first day and never went back. The rooftop terrace was closed for the season, even though the weather was warm. We would have enjoyed sitting there. The location was great and we loved the town. The hotel was on the verge of being dated and neglected. The management was unwilling to offer any help or compensation for our discomfort. We suggested they waive the parking fee. We never even received an apology for the sleepless nights."
