"We had a wonderful time at Coulter Farmstead. The property is very family-friendly. The kids had a great time playing with the cows, goats, and chickens. They especially enjoyed getting to hold two newborn goats. Katie and Justice are both kind hosts and I enjoyed learning about the history of the buildings. The kids also want to mention that breakfast was delicious!"

"The cabin was very cute and it's in a little circle community of other cabins and campers. The people that live there for extended periods of time are really nice, it's a miner's camp right up the road from Crater of Diamonds. You have to cross the road to get to the restroom center (it's like a lake community bathroom) but the road wasn't all that active that you had to worry about it. "The property is a ways off the beaten path over a narrow rural road and a gravel road. A bit strange to park underneath the house and climb stairs to the ground floor, but it’s a lovely house with a killer view of the Little Missouri River! Pretty new, very clean and well furnished. Loads of party room both underneath the house and a huge balcony deck. We enjoyed the property and would recommend it."

"Myself and friends went for my birthday- bucket list to dig diamonds. I stayed in cabin #3 and they stayed in #2. I don't require the taj mahal and it worked just fine. It had cold air, a clean nice mini fridge and a microwave (I never used the microwave). The bathroom/ shower house is that of an older well used campground shower house and could use a face lift but gets the job done. Our main reason for staying there was that we went to dig for crystals and the new owners did not want any dirt in the rooms. Therefore we had to change clothes at the gas stations.
