- Enjoy this 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 5,300 square foot house that overlooks the valley of the Pecatonic River and the ATV Trails. The spacious 3 car garage and 9 parking spots in the driveway will allow you to part all of your vehicles and the space to bring all of your ATV/UTV's that you'll need to have your fun in the country. The walk out 2 story deck with gas fireplace and 8 person hot tub are the perfect way to end your fun-filled day. The house is fully-furnished and has all of the accomodations that you will need to have the peaceful adventure that you are looking for! Sleeps 12 comfortably as there is a pull out couch that turns into a double bed.
