"We have stayed at this lovely inn previously and it never disappoints. The Landlord and staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient, the rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need and dinner and breakfast were both delicious. We will definitely be back!"

"Great location and excellent staff"

"Great hotel and brilliant staff."

"Room clean, staff very attentive, food excellent"

"Great staff Fabulous breakfast Clean room"

"This was our third visit to the Fisherman's Cot and the first time for an overnight stay. There is a good selection of food at reasonable prices and very good breakfast. Staff were friendly and polite. We stayed in an annex which was OK but the outside fabric of the building is in need of renovation. Room was fine and clean, although bath panel was heavily water damaged. There is scope to improve decor (pictures on the wall for example) to give a more homely feel"

"A great stop over on the way to Cornwall A nice welcome on arrival and we found our booking upgraded to a larger room. A good selection of pies for dinner and fresh pastries and coffee for breakfast. Fresh coffee and cafetière in the room was a nice touch."

"Very clean & comfortable inn accommodation"

"While the room was clean and ok for the money, the downstairs breakfast area is full of tools and old stuff that should be in a shed, needs TLC asap."

"Tucked away in beautiful location, 50m from Tarr steps. Lovely, helpful staff and gorgeous food (breakfast &evening meal). Lovely spacious room and amenities. One small suggestion for improvement would be nicer pillows"
