The staff were very respectful and provided non judgmental and kind support when ever it was needed. The building is in a prime location being only a minute walk from Suidobashi station and there are many outstanding food options in the area.

Classic futons on floor for sleeping arrangements, rooms had air conditioning. Common bathrooms with plenty of showers, never had to wait. Eating area provided toast for breakfast and a dinner menu, but we were never around in evening so did not try restaurant. Very quiet area, easy walking distance to train station.

This property has a very short walking distance from the train station. It also has one cafe with two restaurants and a beauty salon inside the building. It also has a vending machine with a microwave in the fourth floor and a Odín laundry in the second floor. They have a some staff that speak English. The property is clean and quiet. The food is delicious and inviting. The staff are friendly and hardworking.
