This was our second time staying here within a month. We had such a great time the first time we came back. The staff has been amazing for both stays. The room was clean, and has nice furnishings. The restaurant/bar at the hotel has also always gone above and beyond. The outdoor seating has heaters and blankets (for winter months). It's a cozy place to have a drink, dinner or deserts. There is so much to do around the hotel (even if your not interested in Anime). Would stay again.

Great value hotel close to Akihabara in a quiet part of it. Laundry in the room is a plus! No breakfast but plenty of options for that around. Light that turns on automatically and does not turn off after more than 30 mins is quite annoying.

White glove service all around. Plenty of taxis to catch at any time, hotel staff assisting with absolutely everything (even coordinating a courier to bring us an item we forgot in another hotel).
The grounds are phenomenal. Beautiful to look at, so peaceful to walk through.
Honestly there was nothing that didn’t meet or exceed our expectations here.
(Note: The hotel is located up high on moderate hills, so if you want to walk a lot of places from the hotel you will be going down or up a bit. It was no problem for us, but something to be aware of.)
If/ when we come back to Tokyo, this is the hotel we will stay at.

Great location from Nagano Station and right in the heart of Nagano. The baths/sauna were lovely and plenty on offer like free washing machines, free snacks for after saunas etc. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but for the price you cant complain. Staff were lovely.
