Staff were very kind at check in and check out. Location is ideal, close to two subway lines and many convenience stores, as well as a nice park nearby. Rooms were clean, but there was a bit of normal wear and tear noticeable. Room felt a bit stuffy, as if there wasn’t great air circulation. Room size is fine for a few days, but bathroom is spacious! Overall I would recommend.

Clean hotel with nice rooms and great staff. Amazing views, amazing onsen. The elevator switch, having to bring your room towels to the onsen, were both a bit annoying. Subway very close, Lawsons right below. Recommended place to stay.
