"We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "

"Located close to the beach, this house was simply perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 smaller kids. As every room had its’ own bath, keeping a certain level of privacy with a large group wasn’t a problem at all. The pool and the patio were a perfect spot to cool down from a hot day on the beach. Even the walk to the vibrant center of Mimizan didn‘t take long. The owners were super friendly and ready to help at any time. We really enjoyed the stay and will come back again for sure."

"Excellent holiday in Mimizan. The property is amazing, better in reality than the pictures. Location is great (right on the beach) The owners of the property were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anybody looking for a beach based holiday."
