Nous souhaitions nous retrouver en famille car nous vivons loin les uns des autres. 2 jeunes couples et un bébé et un couple de séniors. Pour cela, cette maison était parfaite nous permettant d’avoir à chacun son rythme de vie. 4 chambres bien isolées avec chacune sa salle de bain.cuisine extérieure et intérieure . Tout était parfaitement agencé, équipé, décoré. Un parking privatif pour 2 voitures voir 3 en se serrant. mais on pouvait encore se garer à l’extérieur… La piscine certe peu profonde,mais suffisamment longue pour nos petites baignades de fin de journée, en complément de nos sorties Un agencement extérieur parfait pour les soirées d’été. La maison est très bien située, proche de toutes commodités, de l’ocean, et multiples restaurants . Nous recommandons sans problème. Merci à nos hôtes très aimables et disponibles.

Magnifique endroit!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette magnifique maison très bien pensée et entièrement construite et décorée avec goût par les propriétaires. Les matériaux sont d’excellente facture et le tout est très fonctionnel! Les sdb dans chacune des chambres, sont un vrai atout (particulièrement avec des ados). La piscine extérieure (chauffée) est un vrai plus, pour un dernier plongeon après les visites de la journée où les retours de plage à vélo! (Piste cyclable accessible directement derrière la maison ). Les propriétaires (qui vivent juste à côté) sont disponibles et accueillants mais néanmoins très respectueux de l’intimité des vacanciers. Seul petit bémol, les odeurs intermittentes liées à l’usine de papier, qui selon la météo (nous avons eu passablement de vent et de pluie) peuvent être incommodantes. En bref, nous recommandons ardemment et sans hésitation cette location! ^^ V. Minger

Merveilleuse semaine

Semaine reposante et à tout confort. Maison magnifique et au goût exquis. On se sent comme chez soi, rien ne manque. L'extérieur ne reste pas moins avec sa piscine chauffée et son coin plancha / paella. On les a bien profité!! Habituée au locations de ce style, rarement vue que tout est aussi bien entretenue et pensé pour que rien ne manque!. Et tout cela n'est autre que grâce à Sandrine et Emmanuel, couple hyper sympa et toujours dispo si nécessaire. Peu pas mieux faire en étant aussi bien proche que discret. Sincèrement, un plaisir sans failles !! On reviendra sans hésiter. En attendant, Sandrine et Emmanuel, merci pour tout et vous souhaite une très belle continuation dans votre projet. Villa neuve agréable

Villa neuve conforme à l'annonce, très agréable et très bien agencée avec ses 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains privatives. Quartier calme en construction. Petit bémol toutefois pour l'odeur fort désagréable de l'usine de Mimizan que l'on sent parfois à la location mais encore plus dans la ville de Mimizan. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Coucou, Sandrine et Manu sont super et très abordables. Nous étions à côté de toutes commodités ; restaurants, magasins alimentaires, plages SUD et NORD environ 10-15 min. Environnement calme, emplacement pour garer 2 voitures. Superbe villa wouaaahhhhh (fidèle aux photos), décorée avec goût par Manu et sa moitié ^_^ "un grand bol d'air frais". Excellent séjour, un seul défaut trop court!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, en famille, dans le maison de Sandrine et Manu Les propriétaires sont attentifs au bien-être de leurs locataires et pleins de petites attentions qui ont été tres appréciées La maison est conforme à l annonce et aux photos, très agréable et bien agencée aussi bien à l intérieur qu à l extérieur ( avec pleins de coins a utiliser suivant l heure de la journée et le soleil qui tourne). Le fait d avoir une salle de bain par chambre est tres appréciable surtout avec des ados!!! Centre commercial juste à côté pour les courses et à une dizaine de minutes des différentes plages rapidement accessibles Sandrine et Manu encore merci pour votre acceuil, vous êtes au top!!
