Value for money

The house was very clean, quiet and ideal for us as it has a closed garden which was perfect for the dog. The appliances were clean and looked fairly new. The position was good to walk into Mimizan and only ten minutes by car to the beach. Improvements would be a more comfortable sofa bed, a non slip base in the shower with a place for shampoo and a better quality shower curtain that doesn't stick to you while showering. A bath mat would also be useful. Overall however good value for money

Rustige plek, waarbij er verl in de omgeving te doen is.Het huisje heeft dikke muren, waardoor de hitte vrij lang uit het huisje kon blijven. Complete inboedel! Aandachtspunt is de schoonmaak van het keukengerei.

Hors période chaude

Cette maison est bien située, Assez sympathique, mais n'est pas adaptée en été. Même pas un ventilateur. Nous n'y reviendrons pas! Nous avons écourté notre séjour de 4 jours, la chaleur extérieure comme intérieure était insupportable malgré les courants d'air. Les propriétaires devraient faire un effort lorsqu'ils louent l'été. Envisager la climatisation ne serait pas superflue.

Séjour parfait !!!

Nous avons passé 15 jours de détente dans cette très jolie maison très bien équipée. Le jardin offre toujours une parcelle d'ombre lors des journées ensoleillées et mes ados de 16 ans ont été heureuses de pouvoir profiter du Wi-Fi quand il pleuvait. Le voisinage est très calme.La proximité du supermarché a 1km est très pratique. La plage est accessible à 10 mn en voiture. En bref, très bon séjour! Je recommande !

Mimizan-Gombaut

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war sehr entspannt und schön. Zunächst waren die gebuchten Bettbezüge und Handtücher nicht da, die aber nach einem Telefonat mit der Agentur direkt geliefert wurden. In der benachbarten größeren Ferienimmobilie waren während unseres Aufenthalts von drei Wochen, drei unterschiedliche Mieter. 2 Gruppen mit jüngeren Erwachsenen, eine Familie mit vier kleinen Kindern. Da die Terrassen durch eine Türe getrennt sind, hört man sich gegenseitig, jedoch problemlos.

Location confortable au calme

Tout est impeccable, dommage que la puanteur de l'usine à papier nous empêche de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur.

TRES BONNE LOCATION

Location parfaite bien aménagée, conforme au descriptif. Tous les équipements en très bon état, bonne literie. Beaucoup d’espace et très tranquille. Situation idéale pour bénéficier du lac, accéder aux plages en vélo, ou se rendre au centre de Mimizan. Seul petit bémol la connexion internet quelque peu instable.

Cela aurait pu être bien .....

Canalisation bouchée, avec WC qui remonte et chasse d'eau défectueuse. Cela nous a un peu gâché le début du séjour , même si la canalisation a été réparée !!

Excellent

Location au top. Je conseille juste une petite amélioration dans la salle de bain: rideau de douche à installer. Et attention pour les propriétaires de chien, la location n'est pas clôturée sur certains cotés de la maison. Nous avons vraiment appréciés la maison, ses prestations,sa propreté, sa literie,le lave vaisselle et la machine à laver, son emplacement et le professionnalisme des professionnels de l'agence.
