Superbe emplacement

L'appartement est super bien agencé, à côté de tout, mais les équipements demanderait a être renouvelé, les poêles, et le parasol par exemple sont en mauvais état. Avec les chaleurs nous avons du dormir les fenêtres ouvertes quelques fêtards bruyant certaines nuits, mais on ne peut pas avoir la proximité du centre et le calme absolu :)

Dommage pour le bruit

L'appartement est bien équipé mais la déco est vraiment nulle. Abat-jour dans la chambre sale et prêt à tomber. Cadres fixés au mur, mobilier dépareillé, table "bidouillée" par un apprenti bricoleur etc.... eau pas très chaude. Point positif il y a tout le nécessaire . Nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants qui faisaient la fête jusqu'à 2 h du matin. Et puis, la mauvaise odeur de la papeterie a un peu gâché le séjour. Mais ça ce n'est pas un problème llié à l'appart en lui-même.

Bon séjour ensoleillé (mais Interhome n'y est pour rien...!) Heureusement, nous n'étions que deux dans l'appartement... douche trop exiguë pour une vraie toilette : rideau à remplacer par une glissière/porte à double battant adaptée ! Signaler plutôt une salle de douche qu'une salle de bains !

Juste pour dormir ....

un appart pour dormir et admirer la vue ...plafonnier sur le point de tomber dans la chambre, du bricolage amateur pour la table du salon, un lave vaisselle où tous les voyants sont au rouge et donc inutilisable !! un bruit nocturne infernal qui nous a obligés d'appeler les gendarmes, un ascenseur inutilisable et rouillé, et pour finir un portail d'entrée bloqué en position ouverte en permanence ... vous nous aviez habitués à bien mieux !!!!
