Nicht sauber und Gestank, aber direkt am Strand

Der Zustand auf den Fotos ist deutlich besser als in der Realität. Die Räume sind nur mäßig geputzt. In den Betten und im Bad haben wir uns nicht gerade wohl gefühlt. Auch der Gestank der Papierfabrik machte es natürlich nicht besser. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen.

Atlantikurlaub

Der Balkon und der damit verbundene Blick auf den Atlantik waren einmalig. Der Weg zum herrlichen Strand keine 100 Meter Das Appartement liegt im dritten Stock und ist über ein Treppenhaus gut erreichbar. Sauberkeit: Das Appartement war nicht grundgereinigt. Besteck nicht sauber, überall Staub, keine Fensterreinigung, Balkon noch voll Sand. Kühlschrank pekig Technik: Bei der Anreise wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Spülmaschine defekt sei, man sich aber drum kümmert. Nachfrage nach vier Tagen, nix, haben dann auch nichts mehr von der Agentur gehört Balkonbeleuchtung defekt Parkplatz: direkt an der Rückseite des Objekts, nichts für Fahranfänger Lautstärke: Die Reisezeit war Ende August/Anfang September. In der ersten Woche hatten die Franzosen noch Urlaub, dadurch deutlich mehr Gäste. Direkt unter dem Appartement sind drei Restaurationen, Die Lautstärke hat nicht gestört. Extrem störend war aber die nächtliche Belästigung von ca. 23 - 2 Uhr durch Musikbeschallung aus dem Ort. Auch das Schließen der Fenster konnte die Bässe nicht bremsen. Zusammenfassung: Dank dem Balkon, dem tollen Strand und dem Atlantik ein gelungener Urlaub

Traumhafte Aussicht

Diese Ferienwohnung im 3. Stock (ohne Lift) in traumhafter Lage, mit direktem Blick auf den Atlantik, ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Wir haben die direkte Lage am grossen Hauptstrand, die Nähe der Restaurants und Boutiquen sehr genossen. Wer allerdings gerne Ruhe sucht, sollte auf keinen Fall in der Hauptreisezeit dorthin fahren. Musik und feiernde Leute hört man bis in die Morgenstunden.

Zeer compleet en prachtige plek

Appartement op 3e verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Hoe warm het ook is, er staat altijd wind op het balkon en als je wilt ook door het appartement. Degelijk, volledig en sfeervol ingericht. Prima douche, goede bedden. Levendigheid aan de boulevard vonden wij prettig maar kan wel hinder geven. Zee heeft hier meestal hogere golven.

Het appartement ligt vlak aan de zeedijk. Het is goed uitgerust en van alles voorzien. Keuken is heel goed in orde mét vaatwasser. Het was proper. Badkamer ook in orde. Het enige minpuntje is het lawaai op sommige avonden van de restaurantjes en cafés onder aan het appartement op de dijk.

Appartement conforme à la description, pas de mauvaise surprise. Le point fort, la vue splendide avec accès direct sur la plage. Tout se fait à pied (voiture restée au parking). Un seul élément manquant, pas d'accès internet (ce serait un avantage supplémentaire).
