Ideally located, this apartment offers you the possibility of doing everything on foot: relax on our fine sandy beaches just 50 meters away, or enjoy the restaurants, bars, entertainment, and other must-see attractions of the region.
With a surface area of approximately 60 m², this modern and functional apartment has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay with family or friends. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, Krups coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. The bright and air-conditioned living room has a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi for your convenience.

The apartment also includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with two bunk beds (140 cm), and a bathroom with a toilet. Outside, a furnished balcony allows you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings in complete tranquility.

For your convenience, you will have a private parking space in a secure car park as well as a shared bicycle storage area.

Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist sehr schnell am Strand und im Ortszentrum. Die Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber als wir ankamen. Die Fenster komplett schmutzig und der Boden und die Betten sandig. Der Balkon ist toll, allerdings nicht wettergeschützt, sollte es mal regnen.

L appartement est très bien situé et bien aménagé.La literie est très confortable.Seul bémol la propreté de la pièce principale a notre arrivée: le sol etait taché et collant.Après un bon coup d aspirateur , petit tour des poussieres et un petit coup de serpillère, tout était ok.Les chambres, sanitaires et douche étaient propres.

Habitués des vacances à Mimizan, cet appartement etait notre plus belle expérience. Lappartement etait parfait, propre, neuf et surtout tres tres bien situé. A quelques mètres de la plage et du centre et à la fois calme.
