"We had an outstanding stay at this amazing property. Alex was a wonderful host in every way. He was quick to respond when I had questions and seemed to genuinely care about us having an outstanding experience. The property was beautifully landscaped with plenty of room for games on the lawn, relaxing on the wrap around deck, sitting at the fire pit making sโmores, and of course swimming! The waterfront was perfect with a clean sandy beach. The rocks in the water had to be carefully negotiated though. We spent many hours kayaking and paddle boarding. We also rented a pontoon boat and spend a day tubing and exploring the lake. Many fish were caught right off the dock. What fun! The home was immaculate and well equipped with everything we could possibly need including two small refrigerators for drinks. It was perfect for our family of 17 ranging in ages 74-6. Sleeping accommodations were ample even for our large group. A big hit was the hidden nook with mattress under the stairs. We had pool tournaments, PacMan challenges, puzzle making, cookie baking contests and never felt cramped. At dinner time the large table fit all 17 of us. It was an absolutely fabulous week. "House with pool and hot tub was amazing. The house is very large and plenty of room . The only thing I had to bring with me was clothes and food everything else was provided for us. Highly recommend staying at the Milton house absolutely fantastic vacation"

"Itโs a great location and the interior of the house was very clean. There is a lot of room to spread out but our group included young children and the layout was ok. The exterior of the property could use some work. Overgrown grass at the front entrance and the keypad was a challenge to use. The picnic table could use a coat of paint. There is no trash pickup so you will need to bring trash and recycling to the town facility. Lovell Market is close by. They have most of what you need. Host was very responsive to any issues. Overall would recommend for families and couples."

"Our family of 10 includes 3 generations of adults from 19 to 80. There was ample space for each of us - whether we needed quiet time or or the semi chaotic time with everyone. The home was in pristine condition, equipped with all the necessary kitchen and bathroom needs and the kayaks were used daily. Weโve been renting a vacation place for our extended family for 17 years and this owner was the most accessible and responsive. Thank you Sam! We all had a wonderful time."

"Everything about this rental was perfect for us! Clean, cozy, and right on the water. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), and the dock. The hosts were wonderful and we would definitely come back as we have friends in the area and it's just 10 minutes from their house."

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was one of our favorite parts, especially at night with the peaceful lake view.The owner was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. You can tell he really cares about his guests and is willing to accommodate anything within his reach.The house was spotless and very comfortable. It included all the amenities and necessities we needed, including clean towels, blankets, kitchen essentials, and more. We also loved that kayaks and a boat were available, which made the experience even more special and fun for the family.Thank you so much to the owner for sharing such a beautiful property with us and for the wonderful hospitality. We truly appreciated everything and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!"
