"Christmas present and theatre Trip for my husband"
I booked this for my husbands Christmas Present, thought something in January would be something to look forward to after Christmas.
I have stayed here twice a few years ago. Always liked the hotel as it is near to everything in MK. Booked in November got great price double room with breakfast.
Rooms have all been refurbished, we were on the 10th floor room 1010, lovely and quiet beautiful clean room, very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom.
Arrived around 3pm very fast checkin, staff very helpful, we had a choice of rooms, as ours had a shower and no bath but this was fine for us.
Had a Costa in the bar again staff very courteous and friendly.
Breakfast was buffett style, lots of choice and plenty of it.
Checkout not until 12pm which is good.
Easy parking only 50p per hour, Free after 6pm until 7am make sure you top up your parking before bed as traffic wardens are around early in the mornings checking tickets, Reception Staff informed us of this which again was very helpful
We ate at Middletons Steak Restaurant 3 minute walk from hotel, highly recommend plus they do lunch. You need to bookk for evenings.

Known for its grid road system, Milton Keynes isn't quite the concrete jungle it is thought to be. Visitors can try all manner of watersports at Willen Lake, and on colder days, head to the Xscape entertainment complex for some dry skiing, swimming, or climbing. Music fans can visit The National Bowl, a premier open-air venue where Take That, Bruce Springsteen, and Metallica have played.
