"It's a basic clean place to stay but for the price and other hotels in the areas, I wouldn't choose this location again. The room was clean and had the basics. The TV is very dated. Limited channels but no viewing options of your own subscriptions which would be helpful given that the pool wasn't working and there was nothing else to do. And charging for breakfast for $22.00 per day is wild. I stayed nearby in March and switched to this location (regrettably). Unless this changes, I won't be staying again. And there is also a $50 per night incidental and daily parking fees in a giant lot where most hotels don't charge to park."

"The hotel and stay was incredible. The only thing I’d suggest is that they figure out something with the public parking next to the hotel. They charge you every single time you go in and come out. The valet is $59/day which is ok."

"The staff was very professional and kind. I couldn’t speak more highly of Mr. Whitterspoon. He was excellent and didn’t stopped until he figured out what was wrong with the system that couldn’t create the room keys for us. The food at the restaurant was delicious. In regards with the parking, it was a bit confusing. Overall, the hotel has self parking but you can pay a lot if you are constantly going in and out throughout the day. If you foresee you will be doing that, valet parking is your best option. It all depends on how you organize your day. "

"The ratings did not reflect what we experienced. First I got a message that stated I didn’t pay despite having a receipt showing I paid. Then I arrived and had the pay the amount in full again. We got into the room and the shower water was luke warm while the coffee maker didn’t work. I inquired about we could do to remedy the situation and the front desk said she would ask her manager. The beds were so uncomfortable we decided to leave. The front desk said they would refund me the other three nights we reserved. We are still waiting for confirmation."

"The Westin Hotel is in a very nice location directly across from Lennox Square Mall. The room was fine, the beds were great! However, waking up to a Roach sitting on the toilet was unsettling! Also the person who cleaned the room the day before we left did not leave any wash cloths. Called the front desk to request cloths and never received."
