Great location and only a (12) minute commute to NAS Whiting Field. Very close to shopping, great dining and near Hawkins Recreational Park, Carpenter's Park w/(2) boat ramps, the Veteran's Memorial River Walk Park, the Blackwater Heritage State Trail for Walking and Biking! Access to Blackwater River 3 minutes away, this property is a dream for boating, kayaking, and enjoying water activities.

    The 1st Floor features a great room with high ceilings/staircase, a fantastic kitchen , formal dining room, master bedroom/ens suite, laundry room and half bath. The 2nd Floor features a HUGE Master Bedroom/en suite with his/hers separate W/I closets, double vanity, jetted tub, separate shower and balcony! We stayed at this beautiful house while attending a wedding close by and loved it. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all our guests. Close to stores and easy to find. The kids loved the nice park and splash pad right down the road. Would highly recommend this house and hopefully we will be back one day!
