"There was a mix up with this property. They don’t take Credit Cards, only cash. The proprietor was very kind and accommodating and made an exception. The unit was on the 4th and 5th floor, no elevator which is typical for this area. Nonetheless, it was a long hike with our luggage. There were several things in the unit that were either not working or needed repair. They took care of them quickly. I also found dust bunnies on the floor in the corners and some mildew in the shower. The floor plan...

"We were very happy with our stay in this apartment. Andro and his family are lovely people. Andro picked us up from the ferry, and gave us a good orientation to the apartment and the area. His brother drove us back to the ferry. Like most places in Croatia, there is a steep incline and many steps to get to the apartment. The reward is a quiet and peaceful stay, and a beautiful view from the large terrace. "

Gorgeous views from our balcony. This is more of a boutique-style BnB, so bringing your own body wash and shampoo is recommended. If you forget, there’s a small Tommy’s (grocery store) less than a 10 min walk from the hotel. Would stay here again and again! "

"Very helpful landlord who gave us a great explanation of Split with a map. The area is urban with a little graffiti but quite safe and there was an excellent friendly little supermarket a short walk away with superb bread. A short walk from the tourist centre. Highly recommended."

It is located centrally to all the things you could want to see in the Old Town. 1-8 minute walk to all the key sites. Freshly updated. Great hosts. Kitchen available. "Great place to stay in Split. Near Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Area has a very “local” feel with prices for food and drink in the area being much cheaper than in the old town. Facilities were lovely with plenty of room for our stay. Communication with Sandra was excellent, she was there to meet us and very helpful with advice and tips and a complimentary bottle of wine. Would stay again in this lovely apartment."

"This property was exactly as listed. We had no trouble checking in at all. The location was just perfect for us as it is within walking distance of the marketplace and the marina. Frane was very responsive and gave us a few pointers of where certain places were located. The apartment was clean and included all amenities listed, as well as other necessities such as kitchenware, laundry soap, etc. We even got the bonus of some fresh fruit, bottled water and a few beers. "We had a very relaxing time at the Villa which was perfectly suitable for two families because of the separation of the apartments. The children loved the pool and we all loved the sea. It was idyllic to swim in such clear water every day at the bottom of the lane. The walk into Milna took about 20 minutes so you need a car for the shop, which was the only inconvenience. There’s a great restaurant half way to town. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. Thank you Ivana for a holiday...

"We have just come back from a lovely week in Villa Gudelj and can definitely recommend it. We were two families of 5 from the UK and spent our second week here after a week in Korcula. The villa is brilliantly set up, the kids used the games, table tennis etc in the basement when it got too hot, the pool is lovely, and the quiet bay is a short walk and wonderful for swimming. We also cycled into Milna for dinner on a couple of nights, used the local tennis court & some spa treatments in the...
