My mom and I enjoyed our stay and we loved our oceanfront room and that we were right on the boardwalk. We kept having issues with our room key which was annoying.

Great stay. I'd definitely stay again. Great location for walking the boardwalk. AC unit was hard to keep the temperature even in the room, but no big deal to me, I let them know. I did not use any amenities (no breakfast), they do have coffee, hot chocolate, etc in the lobby. It's the oldest hotel ...
