Come enjoy Bethany Beach which is only 4 miles away, in addition to several other surrounding beaches. Our home is a spacious 5 bedroom 3.5 Bath single home located in Bishop’s Landing. It is furnished to sleep up to 12 people comfortably. The neighborhood offers 3 outdoor pools (Seasonal), 2 clubhouses with workout facilities, tennis, pickle ball, pool table, ping pong, nature trails, picnic tables, fire pits, catch and release fishing and more.

* Available from October - May for Monthly rentals. $2500 per month plus cleaning fee.

* Linens and Towels - Linens and towel rental can be arranged through a local service for the week or bring your own favorite linens and towels

Perfect family vacation house

The house was immaculate; the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, even a keurig; kids and adults liked the arcade games upstairs; and garage had everything needed for pool (including pool noodles) and beach! The owner was very responsive during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home with awesome amenities

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Bethany Beach! It was the perfect spot for our family, catering to everyone from kids to grandparents. The game area was a huge hit with everyone, providing endless entertainment during our downtime. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We especially appreciated how close it was to the beach—a quick drive had us on the sand in no time. The location was also perfect for exploring nearby towns and activities, giving us plenty to do throughout our stay. John was a pleasure to work with—responsive, friendly, and ensured everything was in perfect order for our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this home for a memorable family vacation.

A terrific week for everyone in our family!

In past stays at other locations I have not felt the need to complete a review of the house, but this time is a definite exception. The accommodations were great, but that wasn’t what made our visit special. The extras that were available (bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc.) made packing for the trip so much easier. The house was well stocked with the necessary cooking tools, pots, plates, etc. Having the electronic games, a backyard and a choice of pools nearby were also big pluses for our family. Finally, the owner was very responsive to any requests that I made to him before and during our stay for information or questions.

Bishops Landing Stay

Loved the house in Bishops Landing / everything about the house and the community is great. We plan a return visit. Our host John was top shelf and always available. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Christmas with Family at Bethany

We had an extremely enjoyable time. The house was spacious, lovely within a beautiful community. John the host was always available but we never needed anything. Can't wait to get back in 2025. I would highly recommend this home away from home.

I have so many amazing things to say about this property, but I’ll start with the owner. John is incredibly responsive and handled everything professionally and promptly. He was available during the entire stay, and kept us up to date on internet outages in the area. The entire process from check in to check out was easy and clearly stated. Everything ran smoothly. The property is EXACTLY as pictured, and the attention to detail is unlike any other property I’ve ever stayed in. We said “they thought of everything!” probably 50 times. We had our blended family of 9 plus 3 guests, and there was plenty of space. The yard games, bikes, and beach equipment were amazing to have on hand! Close to shops and the beach. It was very clean, and the included pool / gym passes were a huge bonus! This property has everything and gets a 10/10 from me! We will be staying here again for sure!
