"The original impression was not so good. The lawn was in terrible shape. 2’ tree sprouts shooting up everywhere. Inside was very clean and cute. A little stuffy, needed aired out. Other than that it was great."

"I stayed here two different occasions within a week. The hotel is pretty new. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable enough for me to sleep well. It isn't a very large hotel, probably appropriately sized for expected demand in the small town of Ephraim. With the small size comes a very small exercise room which is fine if you don't need to share it with more than one other person. Breakfast was comparable to other similarly priced hotels, but was nothing to brag about. Staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come to the area again."

"The staff was the best. So friendly and engaging. This was a nice place to stay for the price. The free breakfast was a plus, especially since there not many places to eat there. My only complaint is I didn’t like that they have tables and chairs near the hotel rooms, as it encouraged people to play cards/games well after 10:00 which made it difficult to sleep due to their loudness."

"I felt really safe and secure being here alone on a business trip. It was a bit confusing trying to get into the house because Check-in details were not sent prior to arrival. A quick phone call to host resolved the issue. A major plus was that this home had all the cleaning, bathroom and kitchen essentials stocked and available. I’m really happy there was an Airfryer in the kitchen. I was bummed that I wasn’t able to figure out the gas fireplace that’s in the living room that would have been amazing. My suggestion would be to leave some instructions on how to use it. Other than that I loved my stay here, especially since there is a grocery store/gas station within walking distance of front door."
