This charming home has so much to offer. Located 10 miles from Lewes and Rehoboth Beaches, just a quick drive to get your toes in the sand. Home is centrally located with easy access to shopping, restaurants and much more.

Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and cookware, Keurig coffee maker, teapot, gas cooktop and wall oven.

50 inch ROKU TV in the den. Ceiling fans throughout all have have variable speeds and dimmable lights.

This home offers 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, as well as 3 comfortable futons in the living room and den. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a desk for work on the go. Hall bathroom has a full size tub/shower. All rooms have room curtains. Board games are available in the den for kids and adults of all ages! TV in the den has a ROKU stick and include Discovery +, Disney + and Netflix. Please bring your own log-ins There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer off the den.

Step outside and enjoy the deck, and porch. Need some shade on a hot sunny day, take shelter on the covered front porch which includes a patio table with 4 chairs, and overlooks a fish pond. The back deck also has a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Backyard has a beautiful firepit area with four chairs, hammock, and hanging loveseat, and magical overhead stringer lighting. Firewood is available from host and locally for purchase.

the front door is equipped with a coded smart lock for easy access and no need for keys.
Neighborhood is flat and great for walking or riding your bike. Beach access is just 10 miles away and all roadways are flat and most have bike lanes. This home has a large paved wide driveway which can accommodate 3-4 cars comfortably.
