"The house was nice and Holly was very quick to respond to emails. The house had some issues with ceiling lights not turning off. This was probably due to a short in the writing. Also, there was no cold (not a typo, there was no COLD water) water in the hall bathroom on the second floor. We all had to use the master suite bathroom to shower. I would suggest getting area rugs for the downstairs to absorb some noise. Bedtime was tough when there were people still awake on the first floor."

"Perfect location for wedding festivities at Baywood Greens! The house was wonderful for three couples to relax and enjoy in between wedding events throughout several days.
