"Our room was beautiful. Our hosts were fantastic. Kind and friendly without being intrusive in any way (although, they were a couple I’d want to be friends with). It was easy to park. In walking distance from the beach but just far enough we weren't overwhelmed by people. We were shown other beautiful rooms on the property and are 100% going to book again—this time with either a bigger apartment with our whole family or even better us and another couple."

"Stayed two nights and absolutely loved it! It was such a clean and comfortable home to stay in, had a great layout for me and my boyfriend, would do great for more. A super nice condo building and pool, easy walk to the beach— and a very convenient mini golf right next to it! The host and Ocean’s Edge Vacations team were completely on top of communication and extremely helpful for having an easy and peaceful stay! "

"This property is amazing. The view and convenience are perfect. Nothing is perfect though. No pool. The rooms could use some blackout curtains. Also, we were traveling with a 13 month old and the house is not toddler friendly. Lots of small Knick knacks. That being said I’m sure that we have ever stayed anywhere that was toddler friendly. Plenty of space and great location though. We will definitely be staying here again."

"Upon arriving at the front desk, I was slightly disappointed by the lack of friendliness. Since I have hearing difficulties, I had to ask the same question twice, which was inconvenient. However, overall, the trip was very enjoyable."

"Very clean room and the property in general, considering it is right on the beach. The staff was helpful in general, but we didn't need to interact much. Balcony was fantastic, and considering we stayed during weekdays, didn't hear much noise from others. One of the two mattresses in the room was not good, and gave significant backaches. As others have mentioned, bathroom is quite small. In addition, a single elevator could take time if you are on the higher floors. Would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay on the calmer end of the boardwalk. There is a breakfast/ lunch restaurant/ cafe on location, but they do not deliver to your room."

"We had Avery nice stay. It was quiet when it should be. There is a very nice restaurant and bar on the top floor. The pool was nice and well kept and parking was good. My only complaint, and this holds true with most hotels, is that they don’t clean the filters in their ac units. Ours was disgusting so I cleaned it in the shower. It absolutely hadn’t been done all summer. Would it be so hard to rotate them out, for the health of your patrons? Otherwise we had a very nice stay and would stay again."

"Highly recommend the Atlantic Sands hotel. This was our first time visiting Rehoboth Beach and couldn't have stayed at a nicer place. Our room was immaculate. The housekeeping staff refreshed the room every morning too. There are 2 restaurants on the property including full service at the pool. The pools is terrific. It is adjacent to the boardwalk and faces the ocean. You can spend the day at the beach, walk across the boardwalk to the pool, hose off the sand from your feet and jump right in. Then relax in the sun while enjoying a drink poolside. Parking is easy. There were plenty of spots and we never had an issue finding a spot. We drove off property a couple days for breakfast and to shop in the outlets. We also drove a couple nights to dinner. Whenever we returned there was a spot. However, you don't need to drive. Everything you could want is right there. The best restaurants are a few blocks away. We walked one night to Salt Air and the next night to the Oyster House. We walked to breakfast, and lunch. We also ate at the restaurants at the hotel. A few blocks down the boardwalk is Funland which my family and I enjoyed visiting. We rode the rides including the Haunted Mansion and played the carnival games. Had some Thrashers fries, and Kohr brothers soft serve, fudge at Kilwins, and shopped in all the beach stores. This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Highly recommend."
