"Check in was difficult because after asking several times for the address, they kept sending the building address but not the unit number. We had to spend nearly an hour trying to reach someone so we could get the unit number and then when we tried the lock on the door after the "check in" time it did not work. We once again had to reach out for help. We did ultimately get in, and the unit was very nice, that not being able to get in and have the owner be an international call and a huge time...

"The location was great. Great view from our balcony room. Would be nice to have curtains in the room that were able to be closed for the sun shining in at 7am. Beds were comfortable. Shower was nice- hot/good water pressure. We weren't able to use our balcony that much due to the people below us smoking weed and the smell coming up to our floor/room. That was unfortunate."

"This was our first stay at the Hotel Bethany Beach. We loved everything about it. King room was very specious, super clean, very comfortable bed and bedding. The room offered sleeping arrangements as well as sitting and dining with a couch and small table with chairs. Very quiet as well. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Staff from the beginning and through out our stay was very friendly, professional and helpful to our requests and inquiries. They kindly recommended good places to eat. The breakfast was delicious and had an abundance of variety to choose from to eat and drink. The dining area is very clean and well attended too with helpful and kind staff. Food was continually replenished and very fresh. Parking is very convenient and plentiful. Hotel charges $10.00 per night out of season, it was well worth it. The hotel’s location is great, walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back. Very highly recommended, if we could we would give it 10 stars."
