Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Leave any slept on sheets on the floor of respective bedroom.

Close windows.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The road in front of house leads to two private residences. Please do not go past our home by car or on foot.Indoor/outdoor cats live on our property.

Leave furniture in it's place. Quiet hrs 11-7 Grey guest towels for bathing/showering only. You can find "activity towels" in a basket in bunk room.

Absolutely no parties or you will be fined. There is no disposal in kitchen. Therefore, please do not put anything down sink drains besides liquid.
