"Room was separated from shower room and toilet room (assigned to the bedroom, so no sharing required) and you had to access shower and toilet from the common hallway. All rooms were clean as was the common kitchen and sitting room area. The owners were quite nice as were the other guests. Parking was free. We liked the place as it was very quiet during the night. A place to recommend and revisit if back in the area."

The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The outdoor pool was also a great bonus perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime.

This two storey Motel is set - back from the Main Rd around the corner from the lights and hospital. It has a lift to above rooms making it manageable if you have a heavy case.
There rooms are spacious and impeccably clean.
Adjacent to the Motel is a pharmacy and cafe.
A couple of blocks heading towards the city is 2 Supermarkets.
We found this complex a great quiet place to stay in and recommend it, if you prefer to be just down the road from the city centre.

Apart from the fact the house and gardens are stunning, we were so well looked after, what was supposed to be a local base for a 3 day work trip left us feeling like we had been on holiday for a week. This was exactly what I needed for my weekend away. Close to Tauranga but out of the city. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed as well as some thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay here again.

I recommend asking for a high floor and a harbour view - we were on the 9th floor and it was amazing. Just gorgeous, room was great, clean, warm, well stocked, great big comfy beds.
I couldn't find a remote for the TV in the bedroom, so didn't use it which was mildly irritating (it was after 8pm so I didn't want to phone after-hours staff to ask, and turning TV on the button on the side, I couldn't get it to show the right AV channels or whatever set up was required, so I just watched in the...

Cleanest motel unit we have stayed in for years. Absolutely impeccable. A minutes walk to restaurants and cafes and town centre just around the corner. Quiet, could not hear anything apart from a few rowdy guests who stopped the noise when asked to do so. Very comfortable, been recently revamped. Comfy bed a tad low. Parking is a bit tight but do-able. Thank you for a nice place to stay
