The views from this property are second to none. Unbelievable sunrises, and beautiful moon views at night. Located within 5 minutes of downtown, and 2 minutes from The Club at Lake Sinclair & Dollar General. This is the perfect spot for a getaway or staying in town for an event. The house can sleep up to 6 adults (2 queens and 1 king size bed). Perfect for entertaining with outdoor dining on the deck or dock. Nice fire pit for with seating all around. Excellent views of the water and nearby sandbar for hanging out on the water, across from an island with beachfront space- perfect to boat or kayak over to for afternoon fun. There are lots of amenities you'll find you may need for a short-term stay, including a pack-n-play to lighten your packing load. Additionally, for the hot-natured, or white noise lovers we have large floor fans in each room! It’s a quiet area with big water views. Enjoy the space with kayaks and paddle boards on site. Plus a Rubber Dockie that will entertain the kids for hours.

Quiet Getaway

Such a beautiful property!! The house was very comfortable and had everything you need. We loved waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise over the lake. The dock was great for fishing and the fire pit was awesome! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Central location, awesome natural setting.

This home is in a great location in relation to downtown Milledgeville and stores on 441. A very cozy living room and bedrooms. You won't mind relaxing in if the weather is not cooperating. A very user friendly kitchen with a duel Kurig coffee maker. The sunrise is an hour long color show that is just stunning!

Excellent Property

This property was clean had a great view of the lake and very comfortable. The bedrooms and kitchen were well furnished. We fished off the dock which had chairs and was very well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Loved this cozy home that is directly on the lake. The owner was very responsive. We loved that we could bring our doggy. The view is the best part. You can sit inside on the couch or the deck for the beautiful sunrise. The king size bed is very comfy!! Would stay there again. Loved it.

We arrived Monday and departed Friday. What a great place to unwind, rest and recharge your mind and body. Watching the colorful sunrises over the lake, listening to the geese flying over the lake and hearing the turkeys gobble in the early morning hours was wonderful! We would definitely go back again to this cabin with the best "DAM" view of Lake Sinclair.

Short DAM trip 😂

Our family has stayed here several times before and it’s just as amazing as I remember. We loved the Decour change, as well as the floats and pull behinds. Excellent off season stay, good for fishing.

Great setup for small family. We enjoyed the cabin, especially the views and large yard. There was ample parking close to the house. We brought our crew cab truck and 20 ft bass boat, and had no problem turning around and parking. It was close enough to the cabin to charge boat batteries with an extension cord. It was easy to park the boat at the dock when on the water, and an accessible boat ramp was only 3 minutes away at Anchors Marina. The lake was very clean and had minimal boat traffic.

Amazing!

So much to say about this property… the view is fantastic! The house is adorable, chic, homey & comfy. The kitchen & bathroom are well equipped…and God bless them for having tons of big lush bath towels, soft toilet paper & tons of throws/blankets! The beds & pillows were comfortable, too. The balcony/porch was so great…the fire pit…the dock….all of it….absolute heaven. The owner is a pleasure to deal with…so sweet! We were there Dec 25-29 and our only little issue were the restaurants..lots of places closed, but we always found somewhere else to go. Must read up on & visit the closed asylum and, for food, The Brick was a win 2 times. Lots of beautiful architecture in town. AND we had deer hanging out in the yard…it was awesome! We absolutely loved it … thank you for sharing it with us!
