Lily & Oak Lakefront Retreat

Welcome to Lily & Oak on Lake Sinclair! The property features a large house with a completely separate 1 bed suite located in the basement . The property has a boat ramp to drop your boat in and out of the water and the waterline features a sheltered swimming area, a dock to fish or park your own boat from (or rent ours!) , and a firepit. The home features strong wifi and Roku TVs to stream your own apps on. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

The main section of the house is a five bedroom, three bathroom home centered around a large living room. There are two bedrooms each with king beds, two bedrooms with queen beds and one kids bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. This house also features a living room with smart TV connected to Roku, dining room and full kitchen. There is a porch running the full length of the back of the house along with a private porch off of the main suite.

The separate basement is a one bedroom, one bathroom with a living area with a pullout couch. The living room is also equipped with a smart tv connected to Roku, with some free channels and subscription based apps where you can use your own login information.

Please note, there is no cable at this property.

Located on Lake Sinclair, Eatonton - near Milledgeville and Lake Oconee, this lakeside house is only 1.5 hours from the Atlanta airport. This home is on a large piece of property, secluded, but still only 8 minutes to the closest fully stocked gas station, Kwik Stop, and 17 minutes to Walmart, other stores and fast food located in Eatonton. This property is also located 26 minutes to downtown Milledgeville - full of restaurants, shopping, and more.

On the property, for guest use, is a large porch area with propane grill, a swing set for kids and a porch swing. There are also two kayaks for guest use on the property.

Holidays: There is a five night minimum during major holidays.

Please be aware: The use of any flotation device/toys/furniture by the lake and on the dock (including kayaks, rafts, canoes, any type of boat, ski gear of any sort, or any water craft) is strictly and in perpetuity, USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. By renting the house you agree to the above as well as all rules listed below, and you relinquish the property owners of any and all responsibility in the event of any type of injury or accident.

We had a family gathering of 13. Everything was beautiful. Pleanty of room for everyone. Spacious kitchen had plenty of room for a food buffet. The only complaint is the main bedroom upstairs was hot. Overall I'd stay at this house again.

Great place right on the lake!

My family and I had the best time at this house, we took the kayaks out every morning and loved fishing from the dock. We hope to come back this summer!

Perfect property for our mountain bike team! The race venue was only 20 minutes away and what a treat to come back and jump in the lake after our race! There were plenty of water toys (kayaks, floats, big foam mat) to keep the boys busy. We had an awesome time!

Great place to stay with family and friends.

This was a great piece of property and house for the lake. Boat ramp was very convenient. The dock was enough room to dock boats outside and inside. Plenty of room in the house for a large group. The house was kept up very well and clean. All the beds slept amazing. Would definitely recommend

Great house-sketchy neighbors

The property managers were very responsive and prompt The house was spacious, with very nice decor, very comfortable beds and generous linens and supplies, kitchen was very well equipped. The decks, yard and dock were well suited to entertain a family. However, if it matters to you, the neighbors whose house and dock are very close by are flying a black USA flag off their deck . For the entire holiday weekend they had a big crowd all day and until midnight with raucous partying, barking dogs running loose and loud music.

Beautiful and fun

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Our favorite parts were the outdoor dining table for 12, and lots of extra activities such as ping-pong table and two kayaks. The only negatives to mention were that one bathroom does not have a shower, tub only (as listed), and the dock needs some work, but still served it’s purpose for our visit. We would definitely visit again!

Perfect lakeside retreat

Booked for a 5 night stay, and must say would give more stars if I could…Laura included so much more than we expected. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels, tp, plastic ware for leftovers, dishwasher det and dish soap, extra garbage bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom, outdoor citronella candles for evenings outdoors. Our small gathering of 11 ranged in age from 11-76. There was plenty of space for everyone. The living room got used for board games left by the host, card games and watching tv in the evening when we weren’t out by the fire pit making s’mores and catching up. Daytime consisted of true family time playing horse shoes, wiffle ball, ping pong games—-this was a great “surprise” addition that we were not expecting. We added on the ski boat and jet ski rental from Matt which our entire crew loved. We spent hours on the water. Best family vacation to date. Lily and Oak is a beautiful, comfortable and spacious home with an excellent, responsive host. Looking forward to returning in future.

Wonderful Property

Laura's lakehouse is perfect!!! We had a fairly large group come to town for graduation and everything was amazing. Laura was extremely communicative and quick to respond. The space is perfect, views are amazing and the neighbors were so very nice as well. This place is not something you will regret!!

Relaxing retreat with boat!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was such a great house for our group of 14. The house is very clean and well appointed. Everything looks new and freshly rennovated. Beds and furniture are super comfy. We LOVE the rockers and swing on the back porches. We grilled out, enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch, went fishing, kayaking and enjoyed exploring the lake on the boat. The owners were kind enough to share a lake map with fun locations pinned for our boating adventures. We loved every second here! ❤️ Thanks for a great trip, Lance & Susan

Just wow!

This house was absolutely stunning! Steps from the lake with a beautiful dock to lounge and fish on! They even had boats available to rent! The lake is quiet and peaceful and just what we needed for our weekend getaway! Kitchen had all the supplies we needed, the home was super clean, stocked with towels and soap and supplies that you don’t always find in a VRBO home. Rooms were large and beds were extremely comfy! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!!
