Fully furnished all on one level vacation home located off of Hwy 441. We are located about two blocks from boat docks and boat rentals, so you can drive your boat on the water to the home and store it under the boat house during your stay. home is spacious which includes four bedrooms, large master bedroom with Big jacuzzi tub three bathrooms one includes a dual shower (one side child height), the other bathroom includes a overhead shower, living room, huge kitchen, an additional sitting room, screened in porch, covered boathouse and dock. This is the perfect get away for the entire family. And plenty of parking for your automobiles and boats.parties are not allowed

Perfect Location for a lake stay

Location is in a unbusy cove that is close to marinas and quick town access, very clean and neat home that was perfect for us with our boat (covered dock) we loved it.

Perfect location for GSSU Graduation

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation. The location was close to the college and all of the graduation events. We loved swimming in the lake, having coffee on the screened porch and using the large kitchen to cook family meals. We have stayed at the property twice and the owners are friendly and helpful.

We stayed here during hurricane Milton. The place was clean and had ample space for our family and fur babies. There were 3 deer that visited the property and we loved the water view and wildlife. Would stay again if in the area

We enjoyed our visit. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were large and comfortable for our family to gather, eat, play games and welcome the new year. The house was even better than we thought it would be. Plenty of space. The house is beautiful. Fishing was great. The house had everything we needed. Family birthdays

We celebrated our birthdays here. No big party… just family. There were 8 of us and plenty of room. The house was so spacious and has beautiful open area kitchen and family room. We also enjoyed the huge master bedroom …the screened in porch was amazing and the views of the lake so peaceful. Perfect for us. We will stay again in the future !

Great location for GCSU families!

Our family stayed here for my daughter’s graduation. The location is only about 15-20 minutes away from the school. Peaceful and very spacious for larger groups. The pictures don’t do this home justice. No complaints from any of our family- comfortable beds, room to spread out, plenty of room for family meals. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit by the lake. It was also clean and well maintained. We’d definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

With family in the area, it was wonderful to have a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Adding a few more essentials, like toiletries, could be a nice touch, but overall, the experience was fantastic. The host was exceptionally responsive, even when we had a plumbing issue during a holiday—it was impressive how quickly they resolved it. The lake is beautiful, and the grounds are spacious and well-maintained. We’re looking forward to visiting again during the warmer months to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities. Thank you for your excellent hospitality!

Clean, clean clean!

We stayed here because we were having our family Christmas. My sister lives in Milly, but doesnt have the room for us all to stay at her house. She has 3 cats and my daughter has a dog. When i found this property that was pet friendly, that meant my daughter could bring her fur baby. She was so excited. Many other pet friendly rentals are just dirty...with animal hair and dirty floors... Not this place! I was absolutely amazed! It was spotless! The beds were comfortable, though we did not use the futons in the third BR. We love a screened in porch! Nice quiet neighborhood. Host easy to communicate with. Basic cookware provided...even had coffee and filters. No spices and no shampoo or soap, but thats not a big deal to us since we always travel with our own. Highly recommended this home!
