This beautiful home offers 1,700 square feet of tastefully decorated and well-appointed living space. A wood-beamed cathedral ceiling echoes the great outdoors.

Relax in a large great room with free wifi, a Netflix account and stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and plush furnishings invite you to sit back and relax.

The fully equipped kitchen was built for entertaining family and friends. Newly renovated, you'll love the stylish granite countertops, expansive island with bar stools, stainless steel appliances, and essential cooking supplies. And have dinner at the custom built dining table.

A huge sunroom with 180 degrees view of the lake. A pool table for you or your guests. There is a 2nd dining table and a spacious 6 person sitting area.

The outdoor space makes this property an ideal lake getaway, complete with a boat cleat, dock and beach/lake access. Under the stars or serve happy hour drinks on the furnished deck overlooking the lake – a charcoal grill, chaise lounges, additional seating and a 3rd dining table and more. To keep you warm on cold nights or s’mores with family is a stone fire pit with a water view.

It’s located off highway 441. This home's wonderful waterfront location makes it easy to embrace "lake living."

You can find fantastic shopping, dining, and entertainment within 5-10 minutes of the property, or spend the day delighting in southern hospitality in the town of Milledgeville or take the Milledgeville Historic Trolley tour.

Cute place, lots of boats go by the dock...fishing was ok..great location, easy access to town. Just one bathroom and it's a tight fit..but overall it's great .and the hosts were awesome

Great get away for a small family

We really enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bath were modernized with nice fixtures. We had tv access for the kids and the views were lovely. Lake access was right out the back door. Everything was very simple and just right.

Great location/great place!

This home is on the older side but has been renovated and is a great place! Great area of the lake, safe neighborhood. My only advice which is nothing negative, but for anyone coming to stay just helpful… The lighting because of the Tenant windows can be on the darker side at times. I do wish there was some more lighting on the main area of the house, but it was nothing terrible by any means still super great place, but my only advice would be to make sure if you plan on entertaining or cooking there’s not a whole lot of Tupperware or dishes etc.. I do think they provide the necessities and there is a Walmart close by so you can pick up other items, but that would probably be my only thing is not having enough dishware or Tupperware, etc.… But we had a wonderful time and the place is great for what we needed!

It's the best location on the lake and to town. It's a beautiful place. There is not a hot/spa tub it was too hot to use one. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to stay there again. Thanks.

Very relaxing and fun

The house is perfect for hosting a family or group of friends. We enjoyed the pool table and lake view all weekend. The bedrooms were small, but beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there and host was prompt about answering questions.

Bday weekend getaway

The property was nicely decorated and the view of the lake was amazing!! My partner and I came to enjoy a weekend lakeside getaway. The pool table in the sunroom was a bonus. The only problem we have pointed out was the bathroom. Beautiful, but the position of the toilet made accessing the shower interesting. Would definitely book again though.

Gorgeous View - Perfect location

We loved the house! It is perfect and exactly what we needed for "Family Weekend" with out daughter at GCGU. It is an easy drive to campus and waking up and having coffee on the dock was the best. The sun sets in the perfect place to watch from the dock as well. The coffee was a nice touch. Comfy beds, really nice bath towels. We will definitely rent again for our next trip to visit our daughter!

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed our mini vacation. We enjoyed shooting pool and fishing right off of the dock. I actually caught a large catfish that broke my small pole. Loved the deep waterfront! Would go again!

Had a very relaxing and restful time...very quick responses from property owner with any questions we had.. clean...only downsides 1) be prepared - the one and only bathroom is very, very small....and 2) there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed - particularly on the exterior...
