The home is one of the oldest structures nestled in Millbrook, AL. Millbrook is a quaint little town with a lot of historical significance. Situated between the bigger cities of Prattville and Wetumpka, the town is easily accessible with all modes of transport.

It is located just off Hwy 14 and sits approximately 15 minutes north of Montgomery.

The town has a host of amenities and services. Shops, restaurants, and bars are also nearby.

The entire property is exclusively yours — all three homes — without interruption during your stay.

There is plenty of parking, and your group can park at all three homes. The MAIN HOUSE has a semicircle driveway in front, with four to five stairs up to the front door. The COTTAGE and CABIN share a separate driveway, divided from the main house drive by a white picket fence: the cottage sits behind the main house beside the pool, one step up to its door, and the cabin is at the far back right with a carport and a level entry.

Each home has its own electronic smart lock. Your codes are released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking
This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same
It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage
It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create
We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete

🏊 Pool Safety — please read before anyone gets in
SWIMMING HOURS ARE 8:00 AM TO 9:00 PM. No swimming after 9:00 PM
A PARENT OR RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT THE POOL AT ALL TIMES. An older child is not a substitute for a parent
With a group this size, please agree among yourselves who is watching the water at any given time
Never leave a child unattended near the water, not even for a moment. Drowning is the leading cause of unintentional death for children aged 1 to 4, and it happens quickly and quietly
If a child goes missing, check the pool first
No lifeguard is on duty. Guests swim at their own risk and assume all liability for pool use
The pool is fenced, with a self-closing, self-latching gate. Please keep the gate closed and latched, and NEVER prop it open — a gate that doesn't latch is the single most common way a child reaches the water
Life-saving equipment is at the pool: a ring buoy and a rescue hook on a pole. This is emergency equipment, not pool toys. Please make sure children understand they are not to play with it — the pole can puncture the pool liner, and damaged equipment is not there when someone actually needs it. Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse
The pool is 4 feet deep throughout — NO DIVING
Keep children away from pool drains, pipes and other openings
No pets in the pool
No glass near the pool
Pool rules are also posted on the fence
The pool is not heated, so the water temperature depends on the weather. It is cleaned weekly and is not closed for a season — you're welcome to use it any time during your stay within swimming hours

The cabin's loft is reached by a narrow spiral staircase that can be slick in socks
Fireplaces are not for use

Smoking inside any of the homes is strictly prohibited
Indoor smoking incurs a $275 fine plus deep cleaning and ozone treatment costs
