"Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. "We were up here for a baseball tournament and could not have been happier with this home and the owners. Everything in the home was very nice which made it feel like we were at home. The kids had an amazing time too...there was a lot of area outside for them to play and the game room was great for them too. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again any time that I am in the area!"

"Location is convenient to Cooperstown, NY. House is spacious, clean and has everything you need as a family with children. They were very kind to allow our pets to stay. Communication is good. However, if you are sensitive to odors, beware that water comes from a well and has a strong sulfur smell coming out from the faucets. Also, there is a bit of a fly problem."
