Featuring one bathroom with a walk in shower and separate bath and also a laundry with a separate washing machine and dryer, the townhouse also comes with a comfortable living room with 2 x Two Seater couches and a large dining table.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge with freezer, 4 burner stove and oven, as well as a microwave and a dishwasher, as well as your toaster and kettle and cutlery and crockery.
There is also a two car garage, and a backyard with veranda.
