Booked through Expedia about 30 minutes before arrival. Was initially told at the reception there, somewhat abruptly, was no reservation under my name. It was only when she actually checked that the booking was located.
The room was fine and the bed was quite comfortable but the curtains were ripped in several places and the furnishings were pretty knocked about. Satisfactory but not great value for a rack rate in the high $200's.
