John, the owner, is incredibly friendly and accommodating—he even allowed me extra time to finish work without any additional cost. The breakfast was delightful, the room spacious, and the views were simply amazing. Service was exceptional from start to finish. My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here during our trip to New Zealand. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Dunedin! Thank you, John, for making our stay memorable!

The property stay was enjoyable, especially the balcony and the view. However, I couldn’t give a 5-star rating due to the lack of parking availability. We were surprised to learn that Expedia members cannot reserve/book parking through the app, as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
