Located near the Argonne district, a recently redeveloped area of Milan, the apartment is set on a very quiet residential street. It is well served by public transport and all types of amenities, including restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and pharmacies. With the M4 “Argonne” blue metro line just a few steps away, all of Milan is literally within easy reach.
Porta Venezia: 15 minutes by tram no. 5
Duomo: 20 minutes by M4 metro to San Babila + 5 minutes on foot
Central Station: 20 minutes by tram no. 5

City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
During winter, the heating temperature should not exceed 21.5°C.
In summer, the air conditioner should never be set to a temperature lower than 22°C.
The house is located in a condominium; we therefore invite you to respect other residents, avoiding excessive noise between 22:00 and 7:00.
Please take care of the kitchen and leave it in good condition.
At the time of check-out, we ask you to wash the dishes used and to separate the waste.
Pets are not allowed.
According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
