Christmas break

Chose this location as a base to travel the northern region of Italy during a week @ Christmas. It was absolutely perfect for our requirements. Facility was new, clean, warm & cosy - with very helpful, friendly staff. There is a restaurant bar & coffee shop adjacent to the premises - very convenient for breakfast or dinner/drinks. Supermarket right next door. Monza wasn’t the prettiest town in the area but just a 15 minute train ride from the center of Milan & a good base to drive from to the other cities in the area if you have a car.

Home away from home

I stay at Residence Le Querce quite often. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love that I am able to prepare food for myself (the grocery store next door is very convenient for this). And the staff are always friendly.

Molto positivo

Esperienza positiva sotto tutti gli aspetti, ho trascorso 3 notti. struttura nuova e ben arredata ,presenta ogni comodità sia all interno delle stanze sia nei paraggi fatta eccezione di un autobus che conduca in stazione ferroviaria. È presente a 2 passi anche un parcheggio libero, zona tranquilla nonostante la presenza di una braceria posizionata all interno dell' area residence. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Modern and clean apartments close to Monza.

Very nice and modern apartment close to Monza! Grocery store nextdoor and a cafe and restaurant downstairs were very helpful. You can take the bus about 15 mins to the station.

I really enjoyed my stay and Residence Le Querce. The staff were friendly, my room was clean and it is definitely worth the price you pay for. The location is also very near to Milan which is served by a 15-minute train ride from Monza station. One thing to note is that the location is very much out of the way meaning that if you are not arriving here by car, you will have to rely on either the taxi or bus (which does not run on Sundays) from Monza station.

E' stato un soggiorno perfetto. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, la struttura è nuova, ben arredata, pulita e ben curata. La posizione è comoda, non è in centro città ma dista 25 minuti a piedi ed è di fronte ad una fermata dei mezzi. Ho soggiornato in un monolocale, non ho utilizzato la cucina ma mi è sembrata ben attrezzata, nota positiva per materasso e doccia. Probabilmente non è ben isolata verso gli altri alloggi adiacenti ma nel mio caso non è stato un problema. Sicuramente sarà il mio punto di riferimento per pernottare nuovamente a Monza.

Comfortable room and very clean in new building but it’s very far from Milano centrale or Duomo. You can go to Monza in two ways: first with M1 going to the last station the name is SESTO 1 MAGGIO FS then you must change your path with lines as S7, S8 to lecco or S9 to saronno, S11 to chiasso or como lake line, you must pay 1.9 Euro for buy a ticket to SESTO 1 MAGGIO FS and the other from SESTO 1 MAGGIO FS to Monza. The second way buy a train ticket to Monza from GARIBALDI FS it’s going directly to Monza or Milano CENTRALE FS and you must pay 2.2 Euro for it. Then you can going with bus line No, 206, the bus stay in front of supermarket and you must walk to hotel less than 1 minute or line 201 or walking for 25 to 30 minute from train station to hotel. You lose 35 to 45 minute from hotel to Milan central or Duomo every trip.Next door coffee shop served the freshest amazing Croissant with big Cappuccino for breakfast and supermarket nearby.
