Milan: Cosy Apartment in Navigli District

You will be fine here. Nice and cozy small apartment independent with everything you need for a pleasent staying in Milan. Ideally located in respect of Navigli neighbourhood, settled in a old building (early 1900), facing a nice, quiet and noiseless courtyard. The apartment is perfect for a short time staying, from 3 to 30 days.
Suitable for 2/4 people, enterely renwed in 2013 especially for short time rental, it consists of a studio apartment (50m2) on the first floor, with a bedroom at a second level. Sleeps 4 people, customusable heating.
Check in between 15.00 until 21.00. Please verify in advance if you arrive later.
Private parking available in public parking, the building just behind the apartment, it costs 13€ 24h a day.
Living in Magolfa Apartment you don't need to use a car for visiting o working in milan.
You have a metro station (Porta Genova) at a walking distance (630 mt) and public trasponrtation very close (300 mt).

Moreover, the Magolfa apartment is in a strategic location, therefore it is an ideal home base for a walking tour of the city center or a visit to some of the city's oldest churches, such as St. Ambrose, Milan's patron saint (4th century church), San Lorenzo, built on top of the ruins of a Roman basilica, or St. Eustorgio, where relics of the Magi are kept.
But the Navigli district is most famous for the large range of restaurants, pizzerias and trattorie that are located just about everywhere. At night, the neighborhood is in fact the hot spot for a considerable amount of people wanting to try out the latest thing as far as trendy bars go or newest typical trattorie.
The last Sunday of every month, this charming neighborhood houses one of the most prestigious antique markets and is definitely not to be missed!

Models in Milano

Myself and two other models rented this property for the two months we spent working in Milan. Paolo was an exceptional host--always quick to answer questions and there to help when needed. The property was charming and cosy, with everything we needed for our stay, all at a very reasonable price. It was a great comfort to come back from a long day of work to a place that felt just like home. The property was safe and the location absolutely cannot be beat. I am incredibly grateful to Paolo for accommodating us to such an exceptionally personable standard, especially during covid. Thank you again, for everything.

Cet appartement situé dans un quartier très "chaud" de Milan (parcs avec des seringues qui jonchent le sol à une rue de l'appartement…), comporte cependant tout le nécessaire décrit dans l'annonce mais la qualité de ce qui est fourni fait défaut et c'est dommage vu le potentiel de cet appartement. C'est très propre et le propriétaire est très organisé. Il est utile de préciser que la photo en présentation de l'annonce n'est pas la vue de l'appartement mais est situé non loin de là.

Paolo’s place is perfect for a Milan getaway. Very centrally located in the Navigli district, adjacent to an underground car parking, it’s a cozy two-story loft with all the amenities. Easy communication with the landlord. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment in the most exiting area of Milano

Navigli is the most exiting area in Milano, so the location of the apartment is perfect. Paolo gave us a warm welcome and told us some necessary things about the apartment and Milano. Thank you very much again. We are glad that we have choosen the apartment. It is a better option than any hotel and worth the money. We would highly recommend the apartment. Some things in the apartment could be modernised within the next few years but we didn't bothered about that. If you have some more time you should discover the area around Milano also. We spent a day at Stresa (Lago Maggiore) and a day in Bergamo. Beautiful!!! Christian and Carina from Germany

Perfect location & cosy apartment

This apartment with its location combined with excellent information from Paolo (landlord) gave us the perfect setting for experiencing a wonderful week in Milano. Would not hesitate to rent again and to recommend this for a couple searching for a "real Milano experience", Navigli district has so many things to offer and a relaxed setting. Close to city center if you like a few moments of the " hustle and bustle" of city center yet close to a more relaxed environment when staying in Navigli. Top notch in my book!

Charming

The apartment has a loft and an open concept living space. The rest room was awkward but that's to be expected in an older building. I was taken aback by the 'whites only, colored only' postcard on the rest room door. Clean apartment but the shower walls could have received more attention.

Klein aber fein! Sehr gut.

Zu allererst muss man sagen das der Vermieter sehr freundlich ist. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei und auch auf jede Frage gab es eine Antwort. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein gewesen. Sehr sauber!! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Gegend ist in Ordnung gewesen. Man konnte zu Fuß bis zum Dom laufen. Kurz gefasst: es war alles in Ordnung:-)

ottimo soggiorno

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la casa si è presentata abbastanza pulita, infatti nel momento dell'arrivo abbiamo trovato la ragazza delle pulizie a pulire. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve, da una cucina ben attrezzata a una camera da letto molto confortevole. La zona è molto tranquilla, ma ad un 1 minuto a ci si ritrova sul naviglio, dove ci sono molti bar e ristoranti. Il proprietario si è sempre messo molto a disposizione, rispondendo a qualsiasi domanda. Consiglio pienamente la struttura.

Beau séjour meme si...

Tout correspondait a la description fournie dans l'annonce sauf que...les photos sont un peu trompeuses pour cet apart: dès l'entrée dans le premier niveau de l'apart, ca a l'air un peu "fatigué et " et c'est très sombre: l'éclairage des photos laissent imaginer une piece plus spacieuse...la seule fenetre du niveau cuisine-salle a manger donne sur un fond de cour assez moche. Un escalier mene au niveau chambre a coucher : celle-ci est agréable et a un armoire assez grand pour y laisser les vetements et autres effets personnels. La salle de bains est vraiment minuscule (photos laissent prévoir plus d'espace) et l'eau du lavabo s'écoule très très lentement. L'apartement était très propre a notre arrivée. Paolo nous a accueillis gentiment et a l'heure prévue: il a été en tout temps facile a rejoindre: seul petit hic, en arrivant a l'Immeuble, son nom ne figurait pas sur la liste mais bien Magolfa. Il nous a donné quelques suggestions en nous laissant un "manuel" sur le quartier. Quant a notre départ, nous n'avions qu'a glisser les clés dans la boite aux lettres....donc très facile. Il y avait du café frais, des pâtes, de l'huile, et des condiments. Tout l'équipement de la cuisine fonctionnait adéquatement. La location était excellente et constitue l'attrait particulier de ce logis. Le lit était très comfortable et l'environnement très très tranquille..nous n'entendions pas les voisins! Donc, a part la différence photos-réalité, tout a été très bien et nous recommanderions cet apart.

Wonderfull Weekend in Milan

We have a very nice weekend in MIlan. Even if we had bad luck with the weather it was a great weekend with friends. Paolo adapted to our needs, and received us in the house right after landing in Milan. The appartment had everything we needed. Paolo gave us some interesting directions to go dinning. Around the house there are some very nice restaurants and bars.

Milano dalla suggestione dei Navigli!

Magolfa è un appartamento, molto carino, silenzioso, pulito e situato all'interno di un caratteristico palazzo milanese. Base ideale sia per andare alla scoperta di Milano (si raggiunge il centro anche a piedi ed è a due passi dalla stazione della Metropolitana di Porta Genova), sia per apprezzare e godere a pieno del quartiere dei Navigli (suggestivo, pieno di locali e ristoranti). Se amate il gelato, da non perdere sul Naviglio Grande la Gelateria Rivareno e, in particolare le specialità "Contessa" e "Cremino Rivareno". Assolutamente consigliato!!! Grazie.

Notbed Magolfa apartment in the first days of 2015

We stayed at the the NOTBED 4 (Magolfa), which was really fantastic :-). We always enjoyed to come back to this quiet, cosy and beautiful apartment after having been in the city with so many people around. The appartment provides everything you need when you travel only with cabin baggage and is very clean. It is an ideal “base” to explore the beautiful Navigli quarter. Moreover the next Metro station is rather near, so you can get to the city centre very quickly and easily.. To cut it short, we FULLY RECOMMEND this appartement. Five stars ***** :-)!!! Many thanks to Paolo, who made it possible to stay at “Magolfa” for five days at the beginning of 2015 :-)!

Milan chez Paolo

Nous tenons à remercier Paolo pour ce merveilleux moment passé en famille dans son bel appartement. Le quartier y est plaisant (Navigli, restaurants, animation à 300 mètres environ). Le centre ville est à 15/20 minutes à pied. Les transports y sont nombreux. L'appartement est agréable. Paolo nous a promulgué quelques conseils précieux. A faire absolument.

L'appartamento rispecchia completamente la descrizione. Confortevole, silenzioso... ottimo sia per brevi soggiorni che per lunghi periodi!
