AC remote needs to be set to not be on auto shutoff to keep apartment cool. Other than that, this place has every dish you can imagine, dishwasher, laundry washer, not dryer. Everything is nearby and the area seems safe.

The property is around 20 minutes walk away from the Italianway office where you have to go to to check in and pay the visitors fee. When we arrived to the apartment we were met with a member of the team and he showed us arround the apartment and gave us the keys. We arrived at around 1.30pm and the apartment had not yet been cleaned so we were asked to return at 3pm which we did to find the apartment still had not been cleaned,I reported this and at 3.30pm a cleaner arrived and took an hour to do a very basic clean. We had no mat for the shower and the place was not clean. On a positive note it is in a great location to explore this beautiful city.

Very spacious apartment In excellent location

Excellent location- 10-15 minutes walk from all Duomo. Very spacious apartment especially for 2, but very large wardrobes mean 4 would be ok ( depending on who wants the sofa bed! ). Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water

This is a nice place to stay in but two things to improved. First the mosquitoes are killer and the apartment was full of them! And second the pick up of the keys is far from the propriety

This apartment is good for the location, however, it does not have an elevator to use. If you have more baggage or heavy baggage, I will have trouble bringing them into your apartment.

The place is huge but it is hard to find especially at night because the instruction says that “go to B upstairs” but there is no signage of B in the building. The room has a lot of big mosquitoes and we have our 5mo. old baby with us so we are worried and can’t sleep. The shower drainage also is not working properly and there is no elevator. The place is good for big families but not with a child or babies because of mosquitoes.

We have hard time finding the building. They management said building B we don’t see any building B written anywhere and we try to check in 2 hours early and drop our luggage off and the room was not clean so we had to come back. Unbelievable and the hanger and closet were dusty. The house keeper don’t clean and do their job properly.

Location can't be beat. The apartment is really good, not great. The shower is pretty small, but that might be an American standard I'm basing things on. The "premium" bedding wasn't what I would call premium and the mattress was really quite hard. Overall very happy and would stay again.
