Our apartment is furnished with design elements and refined details, and offers a cosy and contemporary atmosphere.



The flat is located in a building in a very central and well-serviced area of Milan, on the 1st floor, without lift.



Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in an open space consisting of the kitchen and living room.



The living room with a private balcony offers a pleasant tranquillity, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or relaxing after a busy day. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa, the walls are painted in a neutral colour that enhances the design objects in the house.



The kitchen is modern and equipped with a microwave and coffee maker.



The bedroom is a refuge of comfort is located behind a glass window that gives depth to the room, furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe with chest of drawers.

Pale curtains and a hanging bedside lamp create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.



The bathroom is modern and functional, with a walk-in shower in glass and smooth grey stone and a washbasin with mirror. The walls and floor are an elegant contrast to the black elements of the bathroom accessories.

Milan's wealthy families seemed to try and top each other by building large tombs often decorated with plenty of sculptures of angels, putti, sphinx or other figures. All kind of architectural styles were used, from Egyptian, neo-Roman and Byzantine over neo-Gothic to more modern styles such as Art Nouveau, modernist and even post-modern. The sheer number of different works of art by often highly acclaimed artists resulted in an interesting open air museum, where visitors are easily overwhelmed by the large number of monumental mausoleums and sculptures. We loved the location. It is in a great spot for public transportation and it was still very quiet. The check in videos were helpful and once we had gotten in once it was easy after that. The apartment was very clean and just the right size for two people. The host was very quick to respond to any question.

Overnight in Milan

Overall we liked this place. The check-in and check-out needs to be changed. Although videos were sent, it was still confusing. And when we had problems getting in the room we were not able to reach anyone to help. Then we had to leave keys in the apartment that we also needed to use to get out of the complex! So one of us stayed down holding the opened gate while the other one took the keys back up to place them in the apartment. Otherwise it was all good.
