Staff were welcoming. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options for a variety dietary needs/wants. Just steps from the Central Terminal but not too noisy at night (just late night conversations outside). Would definitely stay here again if I am in Milan.

Great Location

Hotel was maybe a 5 min walk from Milan Central Train station. Staff was very helpful and even ordered our cab for us in the morning. Room was great and with a fridge. Hotel is close to everything you need.

The Hotel Bristol was a block away from the Milano Centrale Station. The hotel was in walking distance to a park and a museum. It was a nice quiet hotel. We enjoyed our stay there.

A great spot near the station

Hotels near stations are often ones to avoid, but not in this case. Friendly, helpful service, very convenient location, quiet and a good breakfast. All you need.

Our stay was quite comfortable although the room was a little small. Light switches are quite low on the walls - just a heads up. The staff was quite friendly and helpful and the hotel is so convenient to Milano Centrale

"The room I stayed in was as cramped as a budget business hotel in Japan, and there was construction going on in front of the room, making it noisy during the day. However, I was very satisfied with the friendly and professional service provided by the hotel staff. The breakfast was also very satisfying, unlike typical continental European breakfasts. The location, needless to say, is excellent."

Convenient hotel

This is a great hotel across the road from train station. Breakfast was great with a big variety of food. Easy to get around from here by walking to attractions or metro E2.40 for 90 minute tickets to main attractions. There is a nightclub near, we were above it but with double glazing, operating mainly weekends - we slept okay. For convenience I would stay again. Food options at train station or short metro

Suited us both perfectly as opposite Milan Central station and we used hotel as a base to explore . Staff were very welcoming and a good short stay . Bathroom was quite big only problem was bath itself did not give easy acces due to shower unit installed over half the bath . Loved the faded charm of the reception area . Good price .

Spacious room and surprise jacuzzi tub! Very good breakfast service and very nice buffet. It was a bit unusual that we had to return our keys to the desk every time we left the building. But that was their policy. Very clean and extremely convenient to the trains and buses to airport. I recommend!

Staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful. The evening desk person, Ali, was really friendly and helpful. So was the day person. I just forgot to get his name. The breakfast was the best that we got since coming to Italy for 3 weeks. The waiters were super. The woman waitress remembered our coffee request after one day! The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Central train station which was very convenient since cab lines were really long some days. The neighborhood was so so but I never felt unsafe.

This was a lovely hotel, very conveniently located across from the train station. Should have been easy to get to via the Metro from the airport but construction complicated things and we had to lug suitcases farther than anticipated. The breakfast itself was a pretty impressive spread but the wait staff made it seem even more special. They greeted you promptly and took your order for a coffee drink of your choice and were very attentive throughout. Made to order items were available as well as the traditional spread. The large windows provided an expansive street view, but could be covered as needed for privacy and to darken the room. The shower/bath had multiple shower heads and tub jets. We found it entertaining but difficult to use.
