The staff is great. Check-in and check-out is very easy and the breakfast is simple but tasty. It's possible to order scrambled eggs and bacon which are made to order. The rooms might not be the newest, but they are clean and comfortable. We will definately be back.

I stayed only for 2 nights in a suite room and it was more than enough for my needs in terms of space. The hotel is clean and the receptionist was very kind. The hotel is small and well located close to Piazzale Loreto where there's a metro station and some bus lines. I was satisfied with the service.

Nice little hotel close to city.

Nice little hotel. Only a few minutes walk away from Metro with shops and plenty of restaurants close by. Only a few stops to city center.Room was nice and simple with a fridge. Small bathroom but didn't mind. Just personally would like to thank two of the staff Luana and Anna who helped me with a health issue on my last night. So grateful.Thanks. All of the staff were brilliant.

Solo trip

I initially had some issues with the property after some misunderstanding. The complaint was brought up to the owner who was a gentleman and could not have been more helpful. Other than that the property is very close to the metro, conveniently located, and an amazing prize for the location. Would repeat when I return to Milan.

Like, I believe, every Italian hotel, 4 euro per person per night in cash is required. But it is still less than one in Florence where 5.5 euro. They call it tax, but from Expedia email, this money has been in the hotel book. Not a decent thing by people of descendants of glorious Rome time. A sort of mean, I have to say. Apart from this, things are fine. People are decent. The most impotent to me, it is quiet.

Had a wonderful stay at hotel aspromonte. The location is great, very near the metro station and not far from the central station. Service was excellent. Staffs were kind, caring. This should be a one-star hotel. It is actually a small, old house with rooms transformed for guests. It is very basic and outdated with some appliances such as the hair dryer being broken, no shampoo in the bathroom - just soap. I stayed in December and the room was pretty cold with no clear way to make it warmer. Somehow close to the main train station which is the reason I booked it initially.

Very pleasant quiet square but near local metro stop. We had to ask for the air conditioning and staff on duty were reluctant to let us use it. The woman was rather rude and made us feel like we were being unreasonable to ask for it, even though the description clearly stated air conditioning!!
