"Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel...

"This is one of the best hotels we stayed at in our lives. The hotel itself is a gorgeous museum of art and music, but it is also very modern and equipped with the best technology and facilities. The service is impeccable (special thanks to Antonio). The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is 5-star with live classical music. We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in Milan. "

Good service and location near central station
