I would give this flat five stars but I had one issues which I will disclose soon. I have lived in Europe for years therefore, I am well aware of how tiny some fats can be. This flat was spacious, lovely entry way with hooks for coats and storage for shoes. The bathroom was great, spacious and great storage. The kitchen had everything you need on a vacation. The location was fantastic, shops, restaurants and public transportation easily accessible. I would definitely stay there again, only if they changed the mattress on the bed, it was tough for me to sleep on that. All they need is a nice memory foam and this place is a five star flat.
Bed was hard as a rock, made it difficult to sleep each night. I recommend sleeping on the couch. Washing machine that was advertised as available was broken unfortunately. Conviently location close to grocery stores for shopping. I would not walk around here at night. Otherwise, beautiful balcony to the view out front. 30 minute walk to the duomo and main galleria.
