We had sleepless nights in this hotel because the AC doesn’t work. It was 80F (27C) in the room which made It impossible to be in the room or sleep! When we tried to talk with the front desk they were of no help and basically told us to deal with it. They blamed the infrastructure in the city of Milano and said no hotel has AC this time of year, which is a joke. Why didn’t they tell us at checkin. They said to open the windows but then mosquitoes came in and buzzed/bit us all night. Again, the hotel staff does nothing to help the situation and should really be sent back to hospitality school. As a Premium VIP member, no complimentary room upgrade or wine was offered as stated in the booking. I can understand they didn’t have any rooms left to upgrade but did they run out of wine too in Milan? Stay far away from this place!!

The only issue I had at check-in was the fact the hotel was refurbishing the reception and this was not notified until the day before arriving even though the refurb had been active for many weeks. Otherwise the hotel was perfect- 10/10 for Location, Staff, and the room. We will return to the hotel and I would recommend it to friends.
