Disliked: Communication
Ana was extremely demanding about the condition she wanted us to leave the apartment in. Honestly, you're better off staying in a hotel than dealing with the long list of instructions they give you before you leave. We only stayed one night and didn't move anything except the fan and the iron (which didn't even work), yet she claimed we left a mess—even though we hadn't touched anything else. She was being totally unreasonable; I think she wants everything left absolutely perfect for the next guest, essentially expecting us to clean the place so it's spotless. It just seemed like a huge overreaction to me. The person for Expedia was excellent comunication.
